Scholarship Recipient Update

“Since we last saw each other, I began my first year of college at El Camino. It is such an amazing experience being in an institution where professors do care about students improving on their writing and other skills. I am involved with a program that guides me through community college and not fall in the cracks of being in community college forever. I am scheduled to transfer in 3 years in total because of all the math and science in regards of my major Public Health. The scholarship has helped me with buying a laptop and I am so thankful because my laptop gives me the freedom to write all my papers whenever and explore my major even more. Nothing but good things happening! Thank you for everything.”
